Then join Kreditech as our Senior SEM and Display Manager for Poland in Warsaw!
Your Role:
• Formulate, monitor and analyse SEM, Facebook and Display campaigns in Google to meet and exceed loan issuing targets within CPA constraints
• Carry out ongoing optimization of campaigns by means of keyword research, advertisements, bid-management and landing pages
• Constantly innovate and develop new SEM strategies and optimization tactics
• Assume responsibility for your country's performance managing five to six figure monthly budgets
• Create reports and present concrete action plans directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing for Poland
Wymagania
Your Profile:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree (pref. in Marketing) with top grades from a recognized school.
• 4+ years of professional experience in managing SEM campaigns in Google
• Well-versed in using tools and technologies relevant to SEM (tracking, landing page optimization, AdWords editor, bid management)
• Good understanding of SEO
• Drive to execute and deliver against ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with multitasking
• Experienced using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovation
• Master in Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork, used to work under a tight schedule and you can do it without losing your sense of humor
• Fluency in English and native Polish speaker
• Preferably past experience and knowledge in consumer finance
Bonus:
• Ideally Google AdWords Individual Certification
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics
